The Georgia Chapter of SOCAP International is proud to be a partner with 14 other Customer Experience (CX) related associations in bringing CXTalks to Atlanta. CXTalks Atlanta is a unique one day conference designed to promote shared learnings among the various disciplines that contribute in creating a great Customer Experience.  CXTalks will take place on October 2, 2017 from 8:30 AM – 7 PM at the Atlanta Marriott Buckhead Hotel and Conference Center

CXTalks is the largest CX conference ever assembled with 15 Associations, 20 Speakers, 2 Keynotes, 14 Breakout Discussions, 450 Attendees.

Not to be Missed – The Blues Brothers Perform “SOCAP Man” at the Chicago Symposium

Ten years ago, during a previous SOCAP conference, Wade Houser had an idea  “Well everyone, or almost everyone thinks of the Blues Brothers along with baseball, football and pizza when you think of Chicago. So, I thought how fun it would be if Andy Begnoché  and I would rewrite the famous song ‘Soul Man’ to ‘SOCAP Man’.”

Wade’s idea became a reality at the Spring SOCAP Symposium.  Recruiting Shelley Elkins to write the lyrics, Andy and Wade performed “SOCAP Man” to a standing and clapping audience on the Monday morning of the conference, proving once again that SOCAP is about much more than learning and networking.  It’s also a whole lot of fun.

SOCAP Symposium Early Bird Rate Extended to March 17

SOCAP Symposium’s early bird rate deadline is extended to March 17 so register today.  The Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park is the event location and the dates are April 23 to April 26.

The Symposium provides relevant, targeted workshops to update and enhance the skills of customer care professionals.  This year’s Symposium offers five tracks, workshops for different functional levels, and varied session lengths.  Attendees can mix and match sessions to primary areas of interest.
